Lazaro Morales Zacarias

Don Lázaro is a seasoned coffee farmer who, like his forefathers, has dedicated his entire life to the production of coffee. He tends to three parcels of land near the Tacana Volcano on a mountain slope named La Ventana. He and his family reside in the town of Aguacaliente. 

Lázaro takes immense pride in the coffee he produces and is known to strictly maintain his parcels to ensure the highest quality of coffee beans. He learned from his father, who also learned from his father, the art of cultivating coffee. He has also adopted sustainable and eco-friendly farming practices to reduce the impact on the environment and preserve the health of his coffee plants.
