We are currently working with farmers in Chiapas, Mexico, specifically in the areas surrounding the Tacana Volcano which shares a border with Mexico and Guatemala. This region has been heavily exploited by large corporations, particularly Nestle. Our aim is to shed light on the lives of these farmers and their coffee, as their efforts to cultivate quality coffee often get lost in the thousands of tons Nestle purchases from the local coyote market. Through our work, we hope to improve the livelihoods of these farmers and bring their exceptional coffee to a wider audience.

Farmers require support and hope that their hard work is not only acknowledged in a cup of coffee, but also in the payment they receive for it. This can only be achieved if the farmers have direct access to markets.
